MovePic Terms of Service

Welcome to MovePic, operated by DREAMMOBI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MovePic and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MovePic.

1. Services

MovePic provides AI-powered creative tools that may allow users to upload images, enter text prompts, use templates and generate visual content such as images or videos. Available features may vary by app version, region, device, service status and technical limitations.

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue certain features from time to time to maintain, secure or improve the Services.

2. Eligibility and Use

• You must have the legal capacity to use the Services under applicable law.
• If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
• You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you upload, submit, generate, save or share.

3. User Content

"User Content" means images, prompts, instructions, materials and generated results that you upload, submit, create or otherwise provide through the Services.

• You retain any rights you legally hold in your User Content.
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, transmit, display and store User Content only as needed to operate, provide, secure and improve the Services.
• You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and use your User Content through the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to upload, create, request, save or share content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, portrait or other rights of any person or organization;
• Contains sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, hate, threats, unlawful violence or other harmful content;
• Impersonates others, misleads people about identity or creates deceptive content in a harmful or unlawful manner;
• Contains malware, spam, automated scraping, unauthorized data collection or attempts to disrupt the Services;
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security measures or misuse the Services.

We may refuse, remove or restrict content or access where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, applicable law or platform requirements.

5. AI Generated Results

• AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for some purposes. You should review generated content before relying on, publishing or sharing it.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, available at all times or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, software, interface, design, trademarks, logos, technology and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for lawful purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI processing, storage, analytics, crash reporting, content safety or platform services. Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple App Store terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect information. Please read it carefully.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party service availability, device compatibility or force majeure events.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DREAMMOBI PTE. LTD. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Services unlawfully.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to DREAMMOBI PTE. LTD., without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your place of residence.
