MovePic Privacy Policy

DREAMMOBI PTE. LTD. ("we", "us" or "our") operates the MovePic mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use MovePic and related services.

By using MovePic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information that is reasonably necessary to provide and improve MovePic.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Prompts and Requests: Text prompts, instructions or messages you enter when using AI creation features.
• Uploaded Images: Photos or images you choose to upload for AI processing, image editing, template creation or assistant features.
• Generated Content: Images, videos or other visual results generated through the App.
• Support Information: If you contact us, we may receive your email address, description of the issue and other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Device and Usage Information

• Basic Device Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, region and network status.
• Service Logs: Feature usage records, request status, error logs and crash information used to maintain service reliability and improve user experience.
• Technical Identifiers: We may use a non-personal app user identifier to provide service continuity, troubleshooting and content generation status.

1.3 Photos Permission

MovePic may request access to your photo library only when you choose to upload an image or save generated results. The App does not access your photos without your action and permission. You can revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide AI image, AI video, assistant and template creation features;
• Upload, process and return generated results requested by you;
• Review uploaded content for safety and service compliance where necessary;
• Maintain, debug, secure and improve the App and services;
• Respond to your support requests and communicate important service information;
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and platform requirements.

3. AI Content Processing

To provide AI creation features, uploaded images and prompts may be transmitted to our servers or trusted technical service providers for processing. We process such content only for purposes related to providing, securing and improving the requested service.

• We do not sell your uploaded images, prompts or generated content.
• We do not use your uploaded personal images to identify you outside the requested App functionality.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload and create is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to use it.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only in the following situations:

• With service providers who help us provide hosting, storage, AI processing, content safety checks, analytics, crash reporting or customer support;
• When required by law, legal process or a valid request from public authorities;
• To protect the rights, safety and security of users, the public, the App or our company;
• With your consent or at your direction.

Service providers are required to process information only as needed to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.

5. Data Retention and Security

• We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
• Generated content and task records may be retained for a limited period so that you can view or retrieve your results in the App.
• We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You may choose not to upload photos or prompts, but some AI features may not be available without them.
• You may manage photo library permission in iOS Settings.
• You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your use of the App, subject to applicable law and necessary verification.
• You may delete the App from your device to remove locally stored App data.

7. Children's Privacy

MovePic is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate measures to protect your information during such processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other appropriate means. The updated policy will become effective on the date stated above unless otherwise specified.
