To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You agree not to use our Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
Generated images are for entertainment only and not scientifically accurate.
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated images, and software, is the property of FutureKid Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. User-uploaded content grants us a limited license for processing.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any such third-party sites or services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FutureKid Technologies disclaims all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The App is for entertainment; results are not guaranteed accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureKid Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted in the App with a new effective date.
