Facial Data & AI Generation

The toddler predictor App processes uploaded facial images using AI to generate hypothetical toddler faces. Processing occurs on secure servers, and generated images are not stored permanently without user consent. No biometric data is retained for identification purposes. All raw uploaded images are deleted after processing completes.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only the necessary facial features for generation: approximate age, gender, and facial structure attributes. We record the date and time of each generation for user history tracking. We never perform facial recognition beyond generation needs or retain raw images. All data transmission uses encryption.

Storage Procedures

User history and generated images are stored securely on your device or our servers with encryption. You can delete data manually within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data.

What face data does the app collect?

When you upload one or more photos, the app temporarily collects and processes:

We do NOT collect or store full original photos after processing, nor any biometric templates usable for identification or facial recognition.

The only purposes are:

1. To generate the requested toddler prediction image(s).
2. To display and (if you choose) save the generated toddler image in your history or gallery.
3. To improve the AI model using only fully anonymized and aggregated facial feature statistics (no individual images or identifiable data are ever used for training).

No other uses are performed or planned.

Will the face data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

• Raw photos and individual facial data are never shared with any third party.
• Only irreversibly anonymized, aggregated statistics may be shared with our AI providers (currently volcenginecn.com and/or approved partners) solely for model improvement, under strict data-processing agreements that prohibit re-identification.

How long will face data be retained?

• Raw uploaded photos & extracted facial landmarks: Deleted immediately and permanently after generation (typically within 10–30 seconds).
• Generated toddler images: Kept only as long as you keep them in your account or device. You can delete them anytime; they are permanently erased within 30 days of account deletion or app uninstallation.
• Anonymized aggregated statistics: Retained indefinitely for AI improvement (cannot be linked to you).
